Military on Move Real Estate Rebate Program
What is it?
A REBATE PROGRAM FOR ELIGIBLE BUYERS AND SELLERS!
MOM® is available with Meybohm Real Estate. U.S. Military on the Move® (MOM®) is a real estate rebate program that provides a cash rebate based on the actual price of the home eligible members buy or sell. Unlike other Military-affiliated rebate programs where the rebate is based on a price range, the MOM® rebate is calculated on the actual sales price, which means more money to you.
How does it work?
The rebate can be used during the real estate transaction. For example, if your rebate is $1,200, you can use that for closing costs, pre-paids or anything else the mortgage company or closing/title company will allow. Other popular rebate programs send you a check 3-5 weeks after closing. MOM® gives you the rebate as an immediate benefit of the real
estate transaction. Buyers and sellers can register for MOM® by contacting a Meybohm Real Estate agent and signing the eligibility form. We want to THANK YOU for your service to our country! Rebate is based on actual sales price, not a range. That usually means more money. Rebate can be used during the buyer’s or seller’s side of the real estate transaction for closing costs, warranties, inspections, upgrades, etc., instead of receiving it 3-5 weeks after closing.
Who qualifies for M.O.M.?
Rebates are not allowed in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the Cash-Back bonus. You must register prior to contracting with a real estate agent and be represented by the assigned real estate firm at closing to qualify. All real estate transactions are negotiable. Other terms and conditions may apply. All active, former and retired military, wounded warriors, and government contract employees.
